Emergency Care
Working with the other veterinarians of Damascus Equine Associates, we are able to provide 24/7 emergency care. Weekends and nights will have only one veterinarian on call so response times may depend on the severity of the problem and geographic considerations. If you call the office phone and get a recording, you will be directed to call an answering service and the vet on call will be paged. If you have not received a return call in ten minutes, feel free to call again. We are sometimes busy helping another horse and the data network is not always a hundred percent reliable in rural areas. We will give priority to current clients and will not be able to make emergency calls outside of our practice area. Please do not use this service for routine office inquiries.
